A new construction investment in Wrocław is planned. Thanks to the environmental decision signed by the president of the city, a complex of four office skyscrapers will be erected.
Each of them will be no less than 100 m high, the tallest one as high as 214 m. In the first stage of development, office space will provide approx. 54,000 sqm, and service space – approx. 820 sqm. The second stage provides approx. 77,640 sqm of office space and 1,720 sqm of service space. The final, third stage will provide approx. 22,625 sqm of office space and approx. 675 sqm of service space.
The skyscrapers will be erected on 18, Fabryczna street in the area currently occupied by warehouses and production buildings, which will be demolished soon.
