The characteristic triangle city block defined by Okopowa and Towarowa Street will be developed soon. Construction works of Spark’s I stage have just started.
Spark, is going to be a multifunctional place, with a dominance of office space for lease, which is estimated to reach even 70,000 sq m. The project of Kuryłowicz & Associates studio assumes the place open for various users – future workers, local society and thanks to special facilities, also disabled people. The idea will be briought into existence by creating the public square with an amphitheater and the space to work outside the office. Skanska, as the investor, cooperates with local fundations and investors to underline the business-social character of the investment. Spark is going to be the complex of 3 buildings, with the highest one reaching 130 m.
