Located at Głogowska street in Poznań, the office building Giant Office has received the BREEAM certificate at the VERY GOOD level. This is a result of the investor's efforts for the tenants, their working comfort, and even the smallest ones - the building is surrounded by melliferous plants, between which houses for insects and nesting boxes for bats are hidden.
Giant Office strives to meet all the most important requirements for achieving "ECO" status. There are 92 bicycle racks, 10 electric vehicle charging stations on a two-level parking lot. Moreover, green gardens have been created on the roofs, which provide not only aesthetic value, but also support water management and air conditioning in the building. BREEAM certification at this level confirms that the building meets high building standards and follows best practices in sustainable building design, construction and operation.
