The big changes are bound to take place at the intersection of Jerozolimskie Avenue and Marszałkowska Street. Actually, changes have been launched already, as the former Universal office building gives way for the new construction. Demolition works of the building have just started and are estimated by the investor S+B Gruppe, to last about 6 months. The new project will contains space reserved for office and retail and is forseen to reach the hight of even 90 meters.
