The construction of the fourth of five office buildings in the High5ive complex, located in the very center of Krakow, has begun.
The building will offer tenants approximately 24500 sqm of office space on 6 floors. The investment will be put into use at the beginning of 2020.
Ultimately, the High5ive complex will comprise almost 70000 sqm of modern office space. Two of the five office buildings have already been put into use, while the third construction is still underway. The project is LEED certified at the Platinum level, which guarantees compliance with the highest environmental standards.
