Construction of Centrum Południe has begun. The office complex, situated at the intersection of Powstańców Śląskich i Szczęśliwej Streets in Wrocław, will consist of 5 buildings with approximate total area of 85,000 sq m.
First stage of the project will comprise 2 objects and it will provide approx. 26,000 sq m of space and 2 levels of underground parking lot with an EV charging station. The buildings, one with 15 and the other with 6 storeys, will be connected at the level of storeys 3 to 5. 1/4 of the plot has been designed as public space for relaxation, recreation and art exhibition.
The project meets the highest standards of sustainable construction as evidenced by multiple certificates. It has applied in the LEED system aiming for the level Platinum, will conform to standards outlined by the "Building without barriers" system and it will be the first building in the city to be recognised in the WELL system.
