Immofinanz and Karimpol companies have dissolved the five years lasting partnership, whose main aim was the joint realization of four office buildings at Jerozolimskie Avenue. Former partners have shared the projects, so that Immofinanz bought 49% of Karimpols shares in already completed Equator building and in planned Nimbus building, while Karimpol bought all of the Immofinanzs shares in Equator II (building under construction) and in planned Cirrus building.
Immofinanz intends to start the construction of Nimbus project (approximately 20 000 sqm of office space) at the beginning of 2012. Karimpol declares in turn that the construction of Cirrus (also about 20 000 sqm of office space) will start as soon as possible.
