Echo Investment has signed with Ustra company, a preliminary agreement concerning sell of Astra Parks shares. Astra Park Company is an owner of a modern office complex in Kielce, located at Solidarności Avenue. The office complex consists of three office buildings with approx. 16 300 sqm of a total leasable space and adjacent to the buildings a plot of land prepared for the expansion.
The final contract of sale will come into force after the fulfillment of suspending conditions, but no later than on 30th September 2011.
