13th June marked the official opening of EQlibrium, Waryński Group's first office investment, located at the intersection of Jana Kazimierza and Ordona Streets in Wola in Warsaw. The building has already been fully commercialized and the applied ecological solutions have enabled obtaining the BREEAM certificate on the level "very good".
The office block has 10 500 sq m of total space, which is made up of high-quality class A office space as well as retail space. The tenants also have 114 parking spots, situated in a two-storey garage, at their disposal.
