Undergoing thorough a revitalization office building Ethos obtained BREEAM Excellent certification. It confirms the functionality, comfort and the principles of sustainable construction. The project was designed by MAAS Project architects collaborating with Chapman Taylor.
Ethos will provide over 17 000 sq m of office space for lease. The investor estimates that the building will be ready in the II quarter of 2017.
