Konrad Bloch's office building in Katowice, which is a part of the GPP Business Park, has been awarded the international BREEAM certificate at the Outstanding level.
A seven-story building with an area of almost 9,000 sq m. was built in 2018. It is an A-class investment with high comfort of use.
Konrad Bloch's office building has obtained the highest number of points in the certification process, which undoubtedly increases the value of the property.
