Another state-of-the-art building on the Polish commercial real estate market meets environmental requirements. This time in Kraków, the fifth office building in the High5ive complex has received LEED certification at the highest possible level - Platinum. Among other things, energy and water consumption, as well as solutions to reduce the carbon footprint was verified.
High5ive - a complex of five office buildings located in the very center of Kraków. Building 5 offers a total of about 11,500 sqm of attractive office space, 110 underground parking spaces, and 200 bicycle spaces. Interestingly, for the construction of this building, more than 1/5 of the materials contained admixtures of recycled products.
