Adgar Poland is making efforts to turn Industrial Służewiec into a more attractive and friendlier area for both current and future residents and employees.
The district, which is the biggest business district in Poland, is perceived solely as a place to work by many. There are various factors for this state of things, including problems with public transportation and the lack of publicly available areas, which could serve as places for leisure and pleasure.
As a long-term investor as well as the owner and property manager of 4 buildings situated in Business Mokotów, Warsaw Adgar Poland has joined efforts with Warsaw City and undertaken street reconstruction of Suwak Street with the aim of improving communication issues. Next initiatives comprise creating publicly available areas, which could be used as meeting spots and places where one can spend time in amiable atmosphere and surrounded by greenery.
First such place is already being built next to Adgar Wave, with more to follow in the vicinity of other office buildings belonging to the company.
