Intraco Prime office building in Warsaw has successfully passed the BREEAM Final certification process with a score of 80.4%. As a result, the building can boast a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.
A number of solutions were used in the building to facilitate, among other things, water and energy savings. Environmental issues were also taken into account at the construction stage. Many of the building materials were sourced from sustainable sources and 97% of the waste generated on site was recycled.
In May 2022, Intraco Prime received a use permit. The first tenants will be able to move in in Q3 2022.
