Pekaes company has resign from realization of the investment in Wola district. The mayor of Warsaw didn’t exercise its right of pre-emption, so the investment passed to the Unibep S.A. The project offering approximately 10 000 sqm of rentable space (including 9 000 sqm of office space), will be terminated in IV quarter of 2012.
