Skanska received building permit for three office buildings which could be situated at Ryszarda Street. Each of the 55-meters high buildings will have 16 above ground and 2 underground floors.
However, for the moment in Skanska's priority ranks other investment: Silesia Business Park located at Chorzowska Street. The complex will consist of four office buildings offering approximately 42 600 sqm of modern office space for lease.
The whole complex has already obtained a building permit and now the buildings are waiting for the first major tenants willing to sign the pre-lease contracts which condition the start of construction.
