Okam Capital acquired in 2007, three parcels in the centre of Lodz. The company is going to allocate the premises for commercial investments. At Piotrkowska Street will arise a retail and office complex with approximately 15 000 m2 of usable space. Construction should begin in 2013 and will last 3-4 years.
Another project is office-retail complex Avangarda Center, with 26 000 m2 of usable space. The complex will arise at Dowborczyków Street, in a place of the closed factory Meyerhoff, next to the railway station Lodz Fabryczna. The construction of the object will depend on demand. The third project is an office building with approximately 7 500 m2 of usable space for lease.
