The historic Maurice Frankel Villa in Łódź, located at 26 Sienkiewicza Street is going to be renovated. So far, it has been the seat of the police. It is going to be used for commercial premises, restaurants and its whole floor will be occupied by offices. The reconstruction will cover the whole interior and exterior of the building, which has remained almost unchanged so far. The façade is going to be renovated.
Demolition of outbuildings, reconstruction of annexes and creation of a link between them is also planned. In the middle of the building, a green courtyard will be created as a place for relaxation.
