It's been revealed what companies will realise the construction of Łódź located office building Imagine. The general contractor of buildings A and B comprising the office complex will be Eiffage Polska Budownictwo S.A., whereas GOLDBECK Sp. z o.o. has been put in charge of building a multistorey aboveground parking garage. Construction works on the project are to begin in the second half of this March and the commission of the complex is planned for the turn of Q2 and Q3 of 2019. Avestus Real Estate's team will be coordinating the entirety of the works.
This to be BREEAM certified modern office complex will offer 14,800 sqm of lettable office area and 2,400 sqm of retail area. There will be 356 parking spots and 49 double bicycle stands in the parking garage.
