Two large companies joining forces have entered into an agreement to operate a joint office and retail project on Praga Port. The plan is to build and develop the property so that a new Class A office space with an additional retail area will be created.
Port Praski is an attractive site located in the Praga Północ district of Warsaw. It has an area of about 38 hectares and 800,000 sqm of development. The complex will be used for office, residential, service and retail functions. At this moment the investment is at the stage of obtaining the relevant permits. The planned construction start date is the first quarter of 2024.
