City Hall resigned from purchase of the square situated in front of the Śródmieście District’s Office and decided to devote this area for development.
On the square would be erected a six-storey office building with a rentable area of approximately 3 000 sqm. According to the concept the building would architecturally refer to the cropped hedge. The effect would provide the branch-shaped pillars supporting the ceiling and green tinted glass facade.
If the building will arise on the square or not depends on the further steps of City Hall, which signals changes in zoning plan.
