A new office complex with a planned usable area of 44,500 sqm may be built on a 0,8ha plot of land located on Swobodna Street in Wroclaw. The owner of the investment applied for a building permit at the end of December. In addition to its office function, the complex will also provide conference and service units.
The building will be located near Wroclaw Glowny station, which will guarantee employees living outside Wroclaw a fast connection to their place of work. The planned start and completion dates are not yet known.
