G81 company (in 100% subsidiary to the Unibep company - former owner of the site) has signed a preliminary agreement concerning sale of the property with the company subsidiary to the Bank Polskiej Spółdzielczości.
According to the agreement G81 is obliged to construct a seven-storey office building with approximately 10 000 sqm of leasable space. The general contractor of the investment will be Unibep.
The building will house the headquarter of Bank Polskiej Spółdzielczości. The completion of the investment by the end of February 2013 has been set as a condition suspended the contract.
