Skanska Property Poland has recently obtained the legal right of perpetual usufruct of the area at ONZ Roundabout, in the Warsaw Central Business District. The land is on the border of Śródmieście and Wola district, where currently is Ilmet office building.
Moreover, Skanska has also purchased the project of a new building, designed by architects from Schmidt Hammer Lassen studio. 188 meters high Warsaw One will replace the existing 90s' construction.
