Capital Park company will build on the former Norblin factory area, located between Prosta, Łucka and Żelazna Streets an office-retail complex with a total leasable area of approximately 61 000 sqm, including: 39 000 sqm of office space and 22 000 sqm of retail and service for rent. Three storey underground car park will provide space for 700 cars.
The investor hopes to start construction in 2013 and complete the investment even in 2015.
