Investments on the polish real estate market cost last year about 2 mld Euro, so Poland could maintain the leadership in Central and Eastern Europe. Investments on polish real estate market cost respectively: retail market 994,7 mln, office market 616,6 mln and storage market 214,7 mln Euro. Demand for the vacant office space has returned: last year in Warsaw was let over 549 000 sqm of office space what means 96% increase in comparison to the 2009. The reducing number of vacant office space in Warsaw will cause an increase of rent rates.
