Marvipol company – the owner of Prosta Tower office building withdraws from the office market. Marvipol has just announced that the company decided to sell or to sell and lease back the property. The final scenario depends on the price obtained, which should be at least equal to the book value - that is, more than 100 million Polish zloty. Marvipol wants to focus on residential market.
