AIG Lincoln intends to change the concept of Słoneczna Residential Center - instead of several residential objects will arise two office buildings. The initiative came from the City Authorities, which suggested a different concept, that would allow for the creation of new workplaces.
The investment is currently in 90% completed but the City agreed to prolong the completion date to 2013. The new concept is currently at the preliminary stage and requires some changes in master plan.
