Austrian investor - Warimpex received in a middle of last year building permit and in February 2011 introduced into the premises the general constructor - Porr company. Raiffeisen Bank has acquired 90% shares of the company dedicated to complete the construction works, at the price of 30 mln zloties.
The historical apartment houses will be enlarged by few additional floors but the whole project will still remain the authenticity of the buildings. The façade will be refurbished and the interiors will be renewed. The investor has already started with the preparatory works. The cost of entire investment is estimated at about 60 mln zloties.
The renovated and modernized buildings will house approximately 7 300 sqm of offices and approximately 900 sqm of rentable retail space. The modern part of the complex, located from behind will be covered with ceramic materials. The complex will also provide two levels of underground parking for about 33 cars.
