The revitalization works of the Auerbach’s neo-baroque tenement situated at 6 Zielona street in Łódź has already started. The works will be finished in the first half of 2021. The four-storey building will offer 1,418 sqm to its tenants. Each floor will consist of 5 offices, a sanitary chord and a conference room, whereas the ground floor will be dedicated to sales and service units.
