The The Park Krakow complex is expanding as planned. The second building (B2) is entering a key stage of construction and will be completed in the second quarter of 2023. Construction work on the two further buildings (B3 and B4) will begin in the first half of 2023. The last four office buildings (B5, B6, B7 and B8) are at the stage of preliminary design work, and their construction will begin Phase II of the project.
Ultimately, The Park Krakow complex will consist of 8 buildings, offering tenants a total of approximately 100,000 sqm of Class A office space. The project is characterised by its high quality standard and pro-environmental solutions, including its unique greenery arrangement, charging stations for electric cars in a modern car park and extensive infrastructure for cyclists. The commercialisation of the complex is exclusively handled by JLL.
