Ceraco company being the owner of Ursynów Business Park office building is planning to start the construction of the second office building. Ursynów Business Park II will be erected on the plot of land adjacent to the Ursynów Business Park office building at Puławska street. The new investment will include approximately 5000 sqm of rentable office space and underground parking.
