Senator office building located at Bielańska Street in Warsaw has just obtained use permit. The building offering over 23 000 sqm of modern office space for rent, is the next investment implemented by Ghelamco development company. The building has been already leased in 75%. The main tenants of the building are: PKN Orlen, Rabobank Group, Euronet and BRE Bank.
