An amazing mixed-use investment will be built in the Old Town of Wrocław. The Quorum will be the second skyscraper in Wrocław. The tower will touch the sky with its 140 meters height.
The Quorum complex will consist of four buildings, three of which will be designed for residential purposes and the highest one for office. The Quorum will provide approximately 80,000 sq m. of modern office space with a view on the Oder river boulevard.
The office part of the Quorum investment will consist of 35 above-ground stories. The ground floor will be developed for service premises, whereas the podium will offer common green terraces for residents and employees. Moreover, the observation deck is planned at the highest level of the skyscraper.
