The construction of Fuzja, two modern office buildings in the former Karol Scheibler complex, has started. The office buildings will have five and six above-ground storeys and one underground storey with parking space for 300 bicycles. The historic buildings will be revitalized and regain their splendor. It is also planned to expand the complex with other facilities for living, working and meetings.
The historic area in the heart of Łódź has so far been inaccessible and closed to the inhabitants of Łódź. Construction of the complex at Tymienieckiego Street will bring back life to the post-industrial areas of the former factory on nearly 8 hectares.
The entire investment will consist of four apartment buildings and offices with a total area of approximately 40,000 sq m. In the historic buildings of Fuzja service spaces will be created and a sustainable urban lifestyle will be complemented by common spaces and green areas with new city squares.
In June 2021, the first fragment of the square at the Elektrownia will be commissioned.
