Construction of SkyTrust Solidarnosci is underway on a plot of land covering more than 6,000 sqm at the corner of Swietokrzyska Street and Solidarnosci Avenue. It will be the first mixed-use complex in Kielce. The development will include high-end office space and flats, as well as commercial premises. The total usable area of the facility is expected to be 40,000 sqm.
The SkyTrust Solidarnosci project will comprise, among other things, three 17-level high-rise buildings with a total area of 11,900 sqm. Construction of the first of the three skyscrapers has already begun, the process is expected to take two years. The other two skyscrapers are scheduled for completion in 2025.
