Last year the Mint of Poland purchased a plot of land located in Praga-North district from the Car Factory. The Mint of Poland intends to implement an office-residential complex, called Dolina Wisły. Initial concept of the investment has been approved by the Town Hall. The master plan for this area, which currently allows for only industrial development, must be changed. Procedures can take up to two or three years.
