The bussiness district expansion stimulates Wola development. Corner building at the intersection of Siedmiogrodzka and Skierniewicka Street is planed to be renovated. The historic monument of 30s modernism will be enriched by new, integrated forms and will became the part of a modern office complex. Architects from APA Kuryłowicz & Associates are planing to construct two new buildings - with 9 and 13 floors, which will bring on the market approx. 17,600 sq m of office space.
