Urbi Ferro office building will be built at the intersection of Floriańska and Okulickiego Streets in Stalowa Wola. The building will consist of three above-ground storeys. The ground floor will be dedicated to services and trade. The upper floors will be offices that will be available to both large and small companies.
The appearance of Urbi Ferro refers to the interwar period, when Stalowa Wola has dynamically developed as part of the Central Industrial District. The building design complies with the BREEAM certificate. The office building will stand out with a patio planted with trees inside the building. The project also provides for the construction of 133 parking spaces, both in the underground garage and on the surface. Electric car charging stations are also included.
The tender is currently underway to select a general contractor for the investment.
