The construction of the second phase of Krakow's Brain Park complex has reached its target height. The achievement of the key milestone was symbolised by a topping-out ceremony on the tenth - and its highest - storey. The second phase involves the construction of Building C, which will offer around 13,000 sqm of leasable office space. Facade and installation work is currently underway in the office building.
Completion of Brain Park C is scheduled for the second half of 2023. Once Building C is completed, the entire Brain Park complex will offer more than 43,000 sqm of space, it will also have a two-level underground garage with 34 charging stations for electric cars, as well as 300 spaces for cyclists with changing rooms and showers.
