Unidevelopment company operating on the residential market announced the construction of an office development. The office building called Wola House would be developed near the intersection of the Prymasa Tysiąclecia Avenue and Ordona Street.
The project involves the construction of 9-storey office building consisting of three interconnected parts, offering for lease approximately 19 200 sqm of class A office space. The construction will start after signing first pre-lease agreement.
