The new headquarter of the Board of Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone will be a four-storey building, which will arise at Uczniowska Street. The board of WSEZ will occupy the first floor while the second and third are meant for rent. On the ground floor will be located retail/service space and conference rooms. Building works are going to start in July.
General contractor of the investment is the Eiffage Construction Mitex company. The construction will be supervised by the PM Group – author of the project. The investment is scheduled for September 2012.
