According to the announcement of Michal Skotnicki – the President of BBI Development - the company has signed a preliminary agreement with the owner of the plot of land located in the very center of Warsaw. However the developer did not reveal, neither who is a partner nor where exactly the building will arise.
According to the initial assumption it will be a class A, 150 meters high skyscraper, providing approx. 50 000 sqm of office space for lease.
