A modern office building MidPoint 71 is being built in Wrocław's Krzyki district, which will soon become an integral part of the city's landscape. The building at Powstańców Śląskich Street will consist of 14 above-ground and 2 underground floors. The property will provide over 36,000 sq m of A-class office space for lease.
The construction works started at the end of 2019 and will last until the end of 2021. The ground floor of the office building will be dedicated to numerous service points, a restaurant, and common areas for less formal meetings.
