In April Belgian developer Ghelamco will start the construction of Synergy Business Park in Wrocław. Inwestment consisting of five 5-14 storey buildings will be realized in two phases. The first phase will consists of three buildings offering about 40 000 sqm of rentable office space. The first building with 25 000 sqm of rentable office space will be completed in the second half of the 2012.
The whole complex will provide approximately 60 000 sqm of office space in total. The project was created by the Jaspers-Eyers & Partners architectural studio. The investment is situated between Horbaczewskiego and Na Ostatnim Groszu Streets. Synergy Business Park will provide its tenants with parking spaces located on the underground levels of each building and in common 7-storey garage building designed for 700 cars.
