A new chapter for Mokotów Nova office building

The new owner of the Mokotów Nova office building, RYSY Properties Sp. z o.o. has announced a transformation that will deliver an enhanced green environment and an array of outdoor amenities for its tenants with some to be completed later this year. JLL Polska remains responsible for the exclusive commercialization of the building.

Mokotów Nova is an office complex offering 43,000 sqm of A class office space for lease. Comprising four interconnected buildings, each with their own separate entrance, Mokotów Nova offers a seamless and dynamic workspace environment. The building was completed in 2011, and now in the hands of its new owner – RYSY Properties, is set to undergo a modernization process to elevate the building to new heights, thus ensuring its continued appeal to existing and future tenants.

Mokotów Nova will be redeveloped into a location where innovation and sustainability will be combined to produce a contemporary and healthy work environment. Supporting users’ wellbeing, as well as the utilization of eco-friendly solutions and energy saving systems are essential for creating a workspace that benefits the environment while fostering community creativity and productivity. The adjustments will include technical upgrades such as improved HVAC and LED lighting, efficiency enhancements, water and waste management systems, and an emphasis on interior environmental quality for both the users' comfort and health. Together with an updated brand for the entire complex, the interiors will also undergo changes. The renovated spaces will have more natural plants, and the structure will feature many useful areas such as cafés and meeting spaces. The changes are designed to be consistent with BREEAM and WELL certification requirements.

Features like solar shading, zoned interior lighting, and adjustable indoor temperatures are already elements of Mokotów Nova's interior space. These advantages were emphasized in a recent BREEAM In-Use v6 evaluation, along with automated access doors and disabled parking that are geared towards inclusivity and comfort.

The redevelopment of Mokotów Nova aims to create an innovative space that promotes wellness, productivity, and a stronger connection to nature. It is intended to include outdoor rest areas and social spaces for tenants to boost general comfort and well-being. The environmental and wellbeing aspects are currently the top priorities for the workplace.

Mokotów Nova’s redevelopment will place a strong emphasis on environmental and wellbeing aspects, which are currently the top priorities for the workplace.
