Akron Investment CEE II prolongs lease with AXA in Warsaw Trade Tower

Akron Investment CEE II (AICEE II) and two Polish affiliates of AXA, have signed a lease prolongation until 2020 on over 7,000 sq m of existing office space in Warsaw Trade Tower. This AXA lease is the third-largest office deal in Poland so far this year. Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord in this transaction.

“We are pleased that AXA has chosen to extend their lease, as one of our key tenants. It shows that Warsaw Trade Tower continues to be a desirable and well-run property as well as showcasing Wola as a sought after office location.”- commented Stefan Ausch, Partner of Akron Group, who negotiated the lease together with Heitman International, the Asset Manager, on behalf of AICEE II.

With 43 floors and 208 meters, Warsaw Trade Tower is the tallest office tower in CEE and forms one of the most iconic elements on the Warsaw skyline. In addition to stunning views, WTT offers top-quality office space and a large variety of ancillary services and amenities such as its own restaurant and kindergarten (to be opened in September). Other international high-profile tenants of WTT include KPMG, BP Europe, American Express, Mattel, and MSD Polska.
