Apart from two subway lines, the location is also well served by buses and trams. In addition, the investment is located in close proximity to the Central Railway Station and Złote Tarasy shopping center. Its location in the very center of the city ensures that there is a wide range of cafes and restaurants as well as places to relax, such as the Saxon Garden. There are also over 20 hotels within a kilometer of Central Point. The building, designed according to the highest environmental standards, is BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certified.

"Location is still a key factor for most tenants when choosing a new office, and Central Point is unquestionably one of the best-located office buildings in Warsaw. It is also the only office building in the capital with direct access to a metro station. Thanks to an extensive range of cafes, restaurants,  cultural venues, and the close proximity of two large parks, the building has all the qualities that are ideal for an office building", comments Radosław Pawlak, Director at CBRE Office Agency.
