Hyundai Motor Poland, the Polish branch of the global automotive group, will remain in the Wołoska 24 office building in Warsaw’s Mokotów district for the coming years. The company is also expanding its office space by nearly 30 percent and will now occupy nearly 1,700 square meters. In the transaction, the tenant was supported by experts from JLL, who provided both advice on the lease agreement and Project Development Services. The building’s owner, the real estate fund managed by ZFP Investments, was represented by IAD Real Estate Management and CBRE.
Hyundai Motor Poland is the Polish subsidiary of the global automotive group Hyundai Motor Company. The company is the importer and distributor of Hyundai vehicles in Poland, responsible for developing a network of authorized dealerships and service centers, as well as for marketing and sales activities throughout the country. Until now, the Polish headquarters of this global automotive industry leader occupied nearly 1,300 square meters of space in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. Under the new agreement, Hyundai will expand its space by 30 percent, adding 400 square meters.
