JLL announces director promotions in Poland

Warsaw, 24 August 2015 – JLL has the pleasure to announce the promotion of a number of National Directors and Associate Directors in Poland.

Marta Augustyn has been promoted to National Director in the Retail Agency at JLL. Marta has 15 years' experience on the retail market. She has cooperated with the leading developers and investors from the sector, including Multi Development, CDI, Liebrecht & wooD, Kulczyk Silverstein, Pradera or AEW. She has taken part in the commercialization of several well-known shopping centres such as Galeria Sfera, Renoma Wrocław, Klif Warszawa and Gdynia, Wola Park, Plac Unii, Forum Koszalin, Forum Gdańsk, Blue City etc. One of her key competence areas is tenant representation and support while planning long-term lease strategy, market debut and expansion of global brands in Poland. Currently, Marta cooperates with international fashion giants including Hollister and LC Waikiki. Prior to joining JLL in 2007, she was engaged in the commercialization process of schemes from the portfolio of Apsys Polska (Manufaktura in Łódź, Wzgórze in Gdynia and Łacina in Poznań).

Marta graduated from French Philology at the University of Warsaw as well as postgraduate Administration studies at the University of Łódź. 

Krzysztof Jarocki has been promoted to National Director in the Valuation Department at JLL. Krzysztof Jarocki has over 12 years' experience regarding valuation of commercial schemes in Poland. In JLL he is responsible for cooperating with the banking sector, the coordination of portfolio assets valuation as well as daily management and property valuations. Krzysztof has great overall experience in the sector, especially in the valuation of retail and office properties as well as development land. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as well as a qualified Polish Valuer. In 2014 he was certified as a CIS HypZert MLV - HypZert Real Estate Valuer for Mortgage Lending Valuation. 

Krzysztof graduated from Geodesy and Property Valuation at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn as well as post-graduate studies in Property Valuation and Management at Sheffield Hallam University in the UK.

Sławomir Jędrzejewski has been promoted to National Director in the Office and Industrial Investment Department at JLL. He has over 10 years' experience on the commercial real estate market. Sławomir provides strategic investment and financial advisory services, conducts market analyses and supervises due diligence processes as well as conducting negotiations and giving advice on planning long-term strategies on the office and industrial investment market in Poland. He cooperates with both funds and private capital units advising entities searching for new investment opportunities or their planning to sell real estate. He represents the biggest local and foreign market players including Blackstone, Ghelamco, Heitman, Octava, PHN, Pramerica, Prologis, DWAM, Skanska, Segro, TPG or Union Investment. Since joining JLL in 2007, he took part in investment transactions worth in excess of €2.2 billion.

Sławomir graduated from Finance and Banking at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Małgorzata Więcko has been promoted to National Director in the Property Management Department at JLL. Małgorzata coordinates the works of JLL's property management team of 12 specialists responsible for both office and industrial market in Poland. She cooperates with companies such as WP Carey, Aviva Investors, P3, Heitman or Tritax. Prior to joining JLL, she was responsible for the management of large residential projects in UK, and A-class office schemes in Warsaw. Her competence area includes management of industrial, office and residential properties as well as lease and marketing.

Małgorzata graduated from Economics at the University of Białystok, Quantities Methods and Information Systems at the Warsaw School of Economics as well as Real Estate Investment and Finance at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh. Furthermore, she is a member of RICS - the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors - and obtained the title of LEED Green Associate.

Associate Director promotions

Grzegorz Boczek has been promoted to Associate Director within the Office Agency at JLL. Grzegorz has eight years' experience on the commercial real estate market. In JLL he is primarily responsible for representing office landlords in Warsaw. He has strong competence in commercialization including providing advisory services during design phases , creating marketing strategies and supporting the landlords by identifying potential tenants. He is responsible for the commercialization of projects such as Warsaw Spire and Powiśle Park.

Grzegorz graduated from Economics at the University of Economics in Katowice. Furthermore, he obtained the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) certificate.

Ewelina Kanownik-Guzal has been promoted to Associate Director at JLL's Valuation Department. She has nine years' experience on the commercial real estate market. Ewelina is responsible for preparing and coordinating valuations of real estate in all sectors for both Polish and international clients.

Ewelina is a qualified property valuer and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). She graduated from Management and Marketing at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn as well as Property Valuation and Management at Sheffield Hallam University, and Nottingham Trent University. Furthermore, she completed post-graduation studies of Valuation at the Warsaw University of Technology.

Agata Zając has been promoted to Associate Director at JLL’s Industrial Agency. She is in charge of coordinating and supervising land sale and acquisition transactions for warehouse and industrial projects. Furthermore, Agata is responsible for overseeing and conducting the analysis of planning, legal and technical conditions of the properties, creating documentation regarding investment areas, database building as well as the graphic design of projects. She has advised on the selection and acquisition of land for developers such as Goodman, Panattoni, Prologis and MLP. Furthermore, she has been engaged in acquisition transactions of investment plots for projects such as the OSI factory in Ostróda (11 ha) and Nestle factory in Wrocław (13.5 ha)

Agata graduated from Urban Planning at the Warsaw School of Life Sciences as well as Valuation at Warsaw University of Technology.

Jan Zombirt has been promoted to Associate Director at JLL's Research and Consulting Department. His main responsibilities include strategic advisory on projects developed either in cooperation with or for the public sector as well as on complex, unique analytical reports regarding various market areas conducted jointly with external partners.

He has been working for JLL since 2009. For the last few years, Jan has been responsible for retail and industrial market analyses – he has advised external clients and supported projects conducted by JLL’s Valuation and Capital Market teams.

He has cooperated with, i.a., Prologis, Tesco, GTC, Neinver, IKEA, Plaza Centers, Mayland, Partnertech or Akron. Prior to joining JLL, he worked in TVN S.A. where he was responsible for the analyses of the television advertising market and audience measurement.

Jan graduated from Urban Planning at the Warsaw School of Economics.
